What are Bengal tigers?
Bengal tigers are larger than all other tiger species other than Siberian, and they're majestic, iconic, and rare {1}. In almost every picture one finds of them, they look photogenic, like models! Today, wild Bengal tigers are animals that only live in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal {1}.

How are Bengal tigers like models?
Close your eyes and imagine this: a brick-coloured Bengal tiger saunters up to you, so that it is at your level. The fur is brushed by the wind, giving a wave illusion to the black striped pattern. Its eyes are glazed yellow marbles, outlined with jet black stripes like eyeliner. Its fluff on either side of its face are balanced, and they as white as snow (description by us, please give credit if used).

How do Bengal tigers mate if they're solitary?
Yes, it is true that Bengal tigers are usually solitary. But, this excludes mating. Other than that, most tigers hunt, eat, and swim (and more) alone. {3}
Average litter size: 3 cubs
Habitat: Dense tropical forests and mangroves {1}
